Applications and Functions
1.Polymer coupling agent: used for wood powder, wood fiber, glass fiber, talc, calcium carbonate, mica, aluminum hydroxide, magnesium hydroxide and other filling and modifying PE material, it can improve the compatibility and bonding of PE matrix and filler interface. The mechanical properties and thermal resistance of composites can be greatly improved.
2.Dispersion lubricant: used to enhance the polarity of PE, a small amount of addedMaleic anhydride grafted wax can obviously improve the dyeing and paintability of PE, it can modify PE spinning dyeing master;
3.Used for PE filling masterbatch to improve the surface finish, flame retardant masterbatch, color masterbatch, degradation masterbatch, transparent masterbatch, drawing masterbatch, etc. Due to the strong interaction between PE wax grafted with maleic anhydride and pigments, fuel flame retardants, etc.
4.Polymer compatible agent: used for PP/PE, PA/PE and other alloys, adding 1-5% can significantly improve the compatibility and affinity of the phase interface.
5.Adhesive: added maleic anhydride graft PE wax alloy not only body performance has been improved, and other materials for bonding (such as nylon adhesive) also significantly improve the adhesive force, has a strong bond strength.
