1.Polymer coupling agent: used for wood powder, wood fiber, glass fiber, talc, calcium carbonate, mica, aluminum hydroxide (magnesium) and other filler polypropylene composite materials, improve the compatibility and adhesion of the polypropylene matrix and filler interface. Adding the right amount, it can greatly improve the mechanical properties and thermal resistance of the composite material.
2.Polarity enhancer: used to increase the polarity of polypropylene. A small amount of addition can significantly improve the colorability and paintability of polypropylene.
3.Dispersion accelerator: used for polypropylene filler masterbatch, color masterbatch, flame retardant masterbatch, degradation masterbatch, etc.. Because of its strong interaction with pigments, dyes, flame retardants, etc., it can promote the dispersion of pigments, dyes, flame retardants, etc. in the polypropylene carrier resin.
4. Polymer compatibilizer: used in PP/PA, PP/PE and other PP alloys, add 3%~5% to improve the compatibility and affinity of phase interface.
